Culture Expert Brian Kight Coming to ALFCA Convention

Could your football team use a shot of confidence, leadership or discipline?  Or maybe your squad could be in need of a complete culture change?

If so, you might want to check out Brian Kight.  He is the CEO of Focus 3, a company founded by his father, Tim.  The two worked together today, where Brian has become a Twitter favorite among leaders across the country. Many football coaches follow him on Twitter for his inspirational tweets.

The ALFCA is proud to bring Brian Kight to its annual convention.  The ALFCA Convention will be held January 25th-26th at the Embassy Suites in Montgomery. Kight is scheduled to speak Friday morning at 8:30 am.

Focus 3 is dedicated to developing exceptional leaders by implementing simple, yet effective systems. Leaders create culture that produces elite behavior. Such behavior changes the culture of an organization and eventually the outcomes that an organization seeks.

Kight will speak on Leadership, Culture and Behavior.  ALFCA President Terry Curtis said the association is excited to bring Kight to Montgomery.  “We have never had a speaker quite like Brian,” he said.  “We want to provide the very best speakers and the latest information to our coaches. Focus 3 became well known among coaches for their work with Ohio State during their championship run and I believe our coaches have a rare opportunity to hear his powerful message.”

Kight’s father Tim met Ohio State coach Urban Meyer at a fund raiser and the two forged a relationship that changed the Ohio State team in 2014. Focus 3 works with leaders in business, athletics and other areas to improve the culture of their team or business.
