The ALFCA is proud to bring Brian Kight to its annual convention. The ALFCA Convention will be held January 25th-26th at the Embassy Suites in Montgomery. Kight is scheduled to speak Friday morning at 8:30 am.

Focus 3 became well known among coaches for their work with Ohio State during their championship run and I believe our coaches have a rare opportunity to hear his powerful message.”
Kight’s father Tim met Ohio State coach Urban Meyer at a fund raiser and the two forged a relationship that changed the Ohio State team in 2014. Focus 3 works with leaders in business, athletics and other areas to improve the culture of their team or business.
