At Westbrook Christian, defense isn’t a phase of the game—it’s a promise.

Coach Brad Lowe has spent a career teaching that promise: tackle well, play with discipline, and love your teammates enough to do your job.

In 2025, the numbers backed it up. The Warriors won 10 games and gave up just 11.8 points per contest, a standard built on preparation and detail. Coach Lowe wore a few hats—assistant head coach, defensive coordinator, and special teams coordinator—and that blend showed up in field position, third downs, and the important moments when a game swings.

Player Brooks Whiteside said he was grateful that Coach Lowe trusted him as a defensive playcaller—and just as grateful that Lowe was “tough on us, cared so much about us, and truly wanted to win.” Kolby Davidson, another former player, remembered a line that stuck: “Don’t talk about it—be about it.”

Fellow coach Adam Brown described Lowe with words you don’t hear thrown around lightly: faith, integrity, passion, love. He prepares tirelessly, not for attention, but because he never wants to let his players down.

Lowe is a veteran who has worked at seven different stops along his coaching journey,  and he brings an important confidence to the Westbrook Christian squad. He’s been married to his wife Reagan for 23 years and has three children Kayla, Walker and Hudson.
