The AHSAA annual Summer Conference will be held July 16th-20th at the Renaissance Hotel in Montgomery.
The football coaching school will be held Wednesday, July 18th and Thursday July 19th at the hotel conference center. The rules clinic for football will held Thursday, July 19th at 1:15 PM.
The annual North vs. South All Star Football game will be held on Thursday, July 19th at 7:00 PM at Cramton Bowl. Teams will report on Sunday, July 15th. The annual game will be live-streamed by the NFHS Network and broadcast by the AHSAA Radio Network. The North won 14-13 last July, its third straight victory in the series which was first played in 1948. Head coach for the South is Montgomery Catholic High School Coach Aubrey Blackwell. The North head coach is Locust Fork’s Chris Musso.
The annual AHSADCA golf tournament is scheduled for Monday, July 16th at 1:00 PM. The cookout is scheduled for 6:00 PM.
The PREPARE Sports First Aid Course will be held, Wednesday, July 18th at 1:00 PM. Cost is $85 for preregistration and $135 the day of the course.
If you are interested in reservations at the Renaissance hotel, site of the convention, you should make those reservations by June 24th.
