Assistant Coach

Jason Doss

Corner

If you ask Corner what they value, they’ll tell you toughness and accountability. And if you ask who teaches it daily, Coach Jason Doss’ name comes up fast.

A Corner alumnus who was team captain as a senior and long-time coach in the community, Doss has built his reputation in the trenches—offensive line first, then an offense that reflects that same edge.

In his third season as offensive coordinator and offensive line coach in 2025, the Yellow Jackets averaged over 33 points per game. Doss demands that toughness everyday. Player Rhett Cofer said it plainly: Coach Doss “pushed the limits” to make the team better, and then taught something even more important—how to be a man, a husband, a man of God, and one day, a good dad.

Head Coach Trent Campbell described Doss as “tirelessly addicted” to improving as a football coach. “He is a great Christian, father, friend and football coach deserving of recognition.” He’s also a teacher by trade, and it shows up in how he explains football—clear language, repeatable technique, constant feedback. Whether it’s the run game, protection, or the red zone, he’s helped make Corner’s offense something players believe in—and opponents respect.

Coach Doss and his wife Hilary have three children, AnnaBeth, Mayleigh and Deacon.
